Mission Launch was founded in 2012 by a mother and daughter team Teresa Hodge and Laurin (Hodge) Leonard, with a vision to create pathways to economic mobility for justice-impacted individuals. The vision was birthed out of their lived experience of coming in contact with the criminal legal system as a family. With over two decades of experience, their innovative approach, bridge-building, and eco-system solutions comprised of a for-profit and nonprofit partnership have led to incredible initiatives that help individuals secure jobs, housing, loans, and more after prison.

Our passionate and dedicated team of advisors, board members, and dedicated staff is committed to rewriting broken narratives and making a lasting social impact. Through private and public collaboration and cooperation, webring diverse perspectives and expertise to criminal justice reform.
